Allaboutdriveways was unable to find a local contractor, so passed me to an affiliate. Spoke to someone on Thumbtack, he sent someone to look/quote, not sure where the misunderstanding was, he thought he was doing concrete. Back to the beginning.

HOA covenant: top layer must be brown stone; only existing side forms in neighborhood are railroad ties (not sure on this detail yet). Because of slope and curves, stability is a priority, so geotextile fabric layer and/or stabilizer panels are necessary? Weeds, ruts and washouts are issues due to poor drainage, inadequate cover of gravel, and overdue maintenance (I am new owner, house is 25 years old).
