We have a driveway that is 17 ft. wide at the garage, 30 feet long, tapers to 12 ft. at the concrete driveway apron. It is slightly separating from the garage foundation: on the outside edges about 3/4\" in the center 1/2\". It has an oblong birdbath on the right side that is about 1/4 inch deep at it\'s center. The outside edges of that birdbath are about 18\"x25\". The right half of the driveway has settled/sunken some ( I am guessing about 1-2 inches) over the past 12 years.
I am moving into a new house and would like an estimate to seal the garage floor (standard 2 car garage) prior to moving in. Thank you.
