I own a 4plex that shares a parking lot with 3 other 4plexes, owned by two other people. The parking lot has a lot of cracks, and oil spots, and parking lines have mostly disappeared. But we are not interested in having the whole thing ripped out and redone (because of cost). We\'ve had two bids - Advanced Pavement told us we need cracks filled, and then seal coat; Quality Asphalt Services didn\'t say anything about filling cracks, just gave a bid on seal coating. I talked with them about a month ago, and the guy said he\'d have someone look at it again to determine if crack sealing is necessary, but I\'ve called him again twice and he hasn\'t got back to me. (I\'m sure it\'s a busy time of year.) Do you have either of these contractors on your list? The area to be done is about 10,675 square feet.
