American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

Regular gray or white concrete driveway with old damaged concrete removal
Repairs must be completed by 9/12 per homeowners insurance. Tree roots in joint of 5ft section in middle of drive that is cracked & heaving. Section is over sewer line. Line has been scoped & is intact. 3 other triangle cracks in drive & one crack extenting width of drive at walkway. Please advise.
2 sections of driveway are cracked and raised by pine tree root. Need to remove these sections, grind down the root, and repave.
