I was provided with 3 names of contractors for my proposed work of a concrete driveway repair. I was able to procure one acceptable estimate from Top King Construction. The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. Replace driveway concrete
Several individual concrete pads of our driveway were skim coated less than two years ago due to sprawling. The repair has not held up well at all. We are selling our home and would like to have the driveway repaired to match the rest of the driveway as best as is possible.
I need an estimate on repair of concrete driveway.
Currently have an asphalt driveway that is gapping about 3\" lower than garage floor and needs to be replaced. Length ~ 35\' Width ~ 16\'. Also walkway length about 25\' feet curving to front porch around 3\' in width. Interested in options to improve aesthetics and correct level for walkway / garage to driveway gap.
- Extend Driveway 21 X 19 pad--5-1/2 inches thick with 4 inch stone base. - 9 X 4 walkway to gate--4 inches thick. All concrete 4,000 psi with 1/2 inch rebar. Broom finish with cure and seal.
