I was provided with 3 names of contractors for my proposed work of a concrete driveway repair. I was able to procure one acceptable estimate from Top King Construction. The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. remove existing curb, sidewalk and driveway and install new concrete per city of kettering OHIO requirements. Contractor must submit performance bond and proof of insurance to city of Kettering Ohio and obtain work permits. remove/replace 29.2 linear ft of curb. remove 259.85sqft flatwork. Install 35.6sf of 4inch sidewalk, 72sf of 6inch sidewalk and 152.25sf of drive approach. Permit required by May 10, 2013, work completed by May 24, 2013.
