The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. My driveway is about 20 years old, generally fair condition with a few cracks. I have never sealed it and am interested in learning whether filling the cracks and sealing it would increase its lifetime.
I have a 60 foot long driveway that is about 25 years old and have always had drainage problems. I am prepared to go forward as soon as I find a contractor who can satisfy my needs and provide a written contract.
Asphalt driveway. On a hill, about 100 feet long and 12 feet wide
driveway is approximately 30 years old and is in need of replacement.
