I need my concrete driveway repaired. When the original driveway was poured in 2005 the contractor added to much water and now the driveway is scaling off. We had it resurfaced in 2012 but now that is off as well.

The driveway is 3 years old (brand new). Oil recently spilled onto it due to an oil change in my wife's car gone bad. One contractor came out with some type of muriatic acid, pressure sprayed it and the stains remain. Looking to have an over lay to bring the driveway back to its original form.
