existing cracked aged asphalt driveway maybe 10 ft. wide 40 ft. long needs to be taken up feeds to dirt backyard large gravel on top now heavily subsided after 5 years since last top off subsided. approx. 30 by 30.House is expected to sell in 10-15 years rental till then so asphalt/concrete not being considered. Needs a groove posts or indicator at left edge of current asphalt to warn drivers off neighbors adjacent driveway. Narrow area Might want aprox 15 by 15 area front of house done as well. To lower maintenance
