American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

I was only contacted by Lawson Construction. I found the gentleman personable and knowledgeable. I showed him my problems. He explained how he would fix them in detail. After getting 3 quotes, I just mailed my contract to Lawson. They are supposed to do the job at the end of July.

Not sure if they were yours but I did down load the question to ask info. It was very helpful. I did get a quote and was happy with that. Tow days later I gave them the go ahead. The next day someone did call but the job had started. But thanks for your input.
