The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. A few years I had a large area poured by a contractor and a separate cement company, contracted by the man I hired, it took 2 days to complete. There were 2 separate days pouring. The afternoon of 1st day, it rained and was not covered, 2nd day fine. 2 months later the 1st pour started lifting, flaking, breaking up. I had had a repair bid, signed, work date set...no show. Had bad weather, no answers to my calls, waited till early spring this year, found another company...BUT...it was the same person. He came , rebid, reminded him 3 times of the completion date, for 2 WEDDING gatherings, and again, no show. I just wanted the first pour repaired, and ALL the concrete sealed..PLEASE, can you help me find a solution with a dependable contractor?? I am disabled and when I need my wheelchair, or walking aids, I worry about my safety. Thank You, Mrs Sheila Wilde
