The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. The two things I\'m looking for is to have the parking lot resealed and striped and the second is lifting my drain (it has sunk over the years) and putting in a larger grate for easier draining.
