The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Seal concrete with clear sealant and anti-grip sand in about an 883 Sq Ft. area where most of the concrete will be in the AZ shade. I was thinking of using Sherwin Williams polyurethane (H&C™ CLEARPROTECT™ HIGH PERFORMANCE INDUSTRIAL CLEAR COAT) or an acrylic modified water based sealant. Concrete already grounded to remove stains, so I just need a sealant with some anti-grip sand to help it so it's non-slip.
