Concrete driveway slab (24\' x 36\') settling, with cracks and chips. Wooden expansion joints are rotted away allowing water to seep under. One PVC landscape drain runs under the slab.

I would like to have the slope from the road way corrected. Some vehicles and trailers scrapped the underside. Part of the driveway is asphalt and the other half is concrete. I would like to have the driveway done in all concrete but I would have to consider the cost. Asphalt driveway is an option or half and half is OK. I would like to put in a flat top carport so this another thing to think about.

We recently moved into a new construction home. The driveway is great except that there is dark clouding in areas. We'd like to get it stained/painted a white color to match the driveway color to even out the color and seal it.
