Both driveway and wall need to be completely replaced with new aggregate and concrete fill pumped under garage slab and front steps. We want to install \"High\" quality metal grate drains along driveway and sidewalk and use latest technology such as geogrid for support. This is not a concrete \"lift\" repair job, but a complete demolition, haul-away and rebuild in a neighborhood with strict covenants outside Richmond, VA.
