Aggregate driveway (19 years old) supported by high retaining wall (^-7 feet at back) on a sloped lot is cracked beyond repair and wall is sinking in the ground. Both driveway and wall need to be completely replaced with new aggregate and concrete fill pumped under garage slab and front steps. We want to install \"High\" quality metal grate drains along driveway and sidewalk and use latest technology such as geogrid for support. This is not a concrete \"lift\" repair job, but a complete demolition, haul-away and rebuild in a neighborhood with strict covenants outside Richmond, VA.

The 2 year old concrete driveway has some spalling from winter weather. If possible we would like for that to be repaired. If not, we would like to seal the driveway to slow the spalling.
