We are purchasing a commercial property for a church. However, the current parking is inadequate for the city to approve it for religious gatherings. We need to increase from 5 stalls to 15-20 stalls by using some of the yard area.
I need to have my driveway cracks sealed.
Looking at a driveway on a sloped lot. 60\' or so wide. 20\' from the road it the lot drops about 15 feet so it would need some sort of exccavation and switchback maybe? I don\'t know. I need a ballpark estimate to know if it is even feasible. I have engineering studies on the lot that show some studies for soil stability, etc. It\'s somewhat questionable but I think it can be done. Just need an estimate so I can start the project asap.
