The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

We have an 8 1/2 foot by 50 foot section of driveway that needs repair or replacement. It has shifted over the past 9 months and no longer drains water away from our house. We would like a repair/replacement that would help water flow away from our foundation. Thanks!
This is a driveway into a gated 20 unit apartment complex. There is a dumpster located at the end of the driveway. 2 massive holes have developed (1 at the gate entrance/ 1 at the end of the drive by the dumpster) and continue to grow and make it difficult for residents to get in and out of the complex. I work for the property management company and owner of the complex. My assumption is that the weight of the Waste Management trucks have caused and continue to grow the holes. Driveway is currently asphalt but wondering if we need to use a different type of material. We need to ensure the repairs are made soon in order to avoid any damage to the underside of tenant vehicles. Thanks in advance. Ron
