The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. In our formal living room, we had hardwood installed and about a month later, we discovered that there was a moisture problem and further discovered it is the result of digging a trench in the concrete slab in order to install an electrical outlet in the middle of the living room floor. In that process, it appears that there was poor workmanship in filling up and sealing the trench. We are desperate to find out how to fix this.
