used Thompson water seal on driveway and porch and changed color and left streaks on area applied on. what can be done to restore it. maybe sandblasting?

There are several spots where my driveway is crumbling. I want to see if they can be fixed and driveway sealed.

We had the concrete driveway pressure washed. It looks like it needs to be sealed.

a portion of my concrete driveway has been smashed by moving truck and trucks carrying fill dirt to backyard. this portion is on a hill, guessing 10x10 feet, and needs dirt to shore it up on the side as well as concrete removal and replacement.

Our driveway and steps not all old (3 years?) but look like crap. It started near the bottom and I attribute that to salt from the trucks even though I do a good job of shoveling. That was just small holes that I did not care about. Then small crack formed on a bottom slab that was very small (I am talking deepness) Now I see this winter a pretty healthy crack up top. I can see that is precisely where the one piece lifted this winter as it is just now settling back. I am not kidding you this thing surfaced in like one month. I thin the expansion joints are shot which caused the two to bump when it lifted during the cold. I really do not want to replace 3-4 years after it was put in. My cell is 412-339-9534.
