I was only contacted by Lawson Construction. I found the gentleman personable and knowledgeable. I showed him my problems. He explained how he would fix them in detail. After getting 3 quotes, I just mailed my contract to Lawson. They are supposed to do the job at the end of July.

The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

I live in a six apartment unit behind the building is our off street parking, however it is not even, when rains it creates puddles, the winters when it snows or sleets it creates ice patches across thewhole area.
