Im looking for someone to do a small curb and driveway with concrete, and then add aspahlt, to my front yard fence for parking,, out off my cinder road in Tumalo. I will be adding a new fence in the spring, and want to improve the street side of my house for resale value in the future. Do I have to pull permits for this type of work as a homeowner?
