Remove 35.5 by 19 ft asphalt drive; replace with concrete with 8inch decorative brick-looking border. Remove and replace 15ft by 11.5 ft concrete apron and curb with 3 ft wings. Remove three 3 by 3 ft concrete sidewalk panels and three bushes; replace with 8 by 10 ft sidewalk with half-moon curve and 8-inch border. Install 44 by 4 ft sidewalk with 8 inch border with 6 ft flare to meet new driveway and flaring to 10 ft to meet new back patio. Remove 14 by 24 ft half moon shaped concrete patio under a remaining awning having 4 aluminum support posts. Replace with concrete with 8 in border and connect with a new 16 by 14 ft patio in grass area. Install 4 drain tiles (3 are 10 ft long and 1 is 20 ft long) to connect to downspouts and travel under new concrete to pop-ups in the yard.
