Approximately 11 years ago we had our residential driveway and front walk replaced with colored, stamped asphalt. That contractor is out of business and we need some minor asphalt repairs and re-staining of the driveway and walk.

3 car driveway Extensive repair needed Many low spits
The approximate dimensions of the asphalt area are 33\' x 20\'. The upper part of the driveway has some low areas and a lot of pitting from where the gutters used to overflow onto it. There are a few cracks here and there otherwise but mostly it is just worn surface as I don\'t believe it has been sealed for some time. Will be looking to sell the place soon so am hoping there is an economical repair option available that will make it look nice enough while still lasting awhile for a new owner.
