Needs frensh drain parallel to concrete driveway
I am buying a home and the home inspector pointed out that a concrete slab in the driveway is being lifted up by a tree root. It’s causing a 0.5-1” lip to the adjacent concrete slab. I wanted to get an estimate for two different scenarios. 1. To replace the concrete slab (~ 10x10 ft) so we can remove the root under it and 2. Leave the root and repair the lip on the concrete slab to make it even with the adjacent slab.
We have one of the 6 sections in our driveway that has fallen about 2 inches. We need it leveled, or replaced.
