Condo assn that needs help with gravel parking lot. It looks awful now, lots of weeds and uneven surface due to snow removal. Half of the lot is made of asphalt or something that is breaking away, causing a huge hole. Surface is around 450 sq yards (??). We also need 2-3 trees removed before the work can begin.
