I was only contacted by Lawson Construction. I found the gentleman personable and knowledgeable. I showed him my problems. He explained how he would fix them in detail. After getting 3 quotes, I just mailed my contract to Lawson. They are supposed to do the job at the end of July.

The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Project Gurnet & Bug Lights Inc maintains property but land is owned by Coast Guard. Any employees on project must be legally authorized by Homeland Security to work in the USA. Project must be completed by May 15th.
