The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. Per client, code violation involving sinking driveway, mud sinking around house causing gaps between mud and slab foundation which is a health violation because of the gaps beneath the slab is harboring feral animals. Please have 3rd party BID to make the repairs that are needed to bring this back into code as agent states it will involve breaking up concrete, bring fill in to spread and compact mud, then reform driveway and pour new concrete.Fill will be needed around the entire house side and back yards too. Provide photos.

We have some slabs of concrete: a ramp to a door, a couple sidewalk areas, etc., that will require being cut out and replaced.
