American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes.
