I was provided with 3 names of contractors for my proposed work of a concrete driveway repair. I was able to procure one acceptable estimate from Top King Construction. The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. Thank you for your assistance in providing me with contacts to get my repair needs completed and on budget.
Not sure if they were yours but I did down load the question to ask info. It was very helpful. I did get a quote and was happy with that. Tow days later I gave them the go ahead. The next day someone did call but the job had started. But thanks for your input.
Received two estimates. Picked the cheaper of the two. The contractor started the job within two days and finished the job in 18 hours. Great job, very satisfied.
Two cracks in concrete in the garage, widths between 1/8 \"- 1/4\", total length of 42 feet. Two almost straight lines of 21 feet each line. It should be filled and leveled with the floor garage. Driveway concrete is flaking off. Approximately 1900 sq feet of original - 10 years old - concrete driveway has some pitting and a few small cracks. Need to determine what type of repair or maintenance needed (resurfacing, refinishing, sealing, etc.).
