The road and equipment yard will be constructed with a minimum of 4-inches of #57 stone (Florida DOT Code 10). The road will be 16-feet wide with a 4-percent crown and sloped shoulder. Drawing for quantity can be forwarded upon receipt of email address. Supply and install a concrete slab a minimum of 4-inches thick to the edge of the vapor cap boundary (drawings will be forwarded upon receipt of an email address). The concrete must have a minimum strength of 3500 PSI (must be fiber-reinforced) and must be completed with a float and a light broom finish. Responsible for clearing and grubbing required to make the site suitable for the slab installation (tree removal by others). A gravel base is not required and rebar or wire mesh shall not be used.
