We hired Allure Construction from your recommendation, the job started yesterday with the demolition of the old driveway. Forms and rebar and supposed to happen today. So far this contractor has been quite responsive with emails and activity.
Received a prompt call from the owner of "Upon This Rock" concrete contractor. He was very pleasant and professional. Of the three contractors who bid on the job, he was right in the middle. All the contractors I interviewed were qualified and I would have hired any of the three. The contractor I first interviewed was the lower of all three, plus I have witnessed some of the professional and beautiful work he has done... so he got the job. Price and quality... can't ask for more than that.

Aprox. area 30\' X 40\' needs to be replaced. This area see\'s a lot of heavy truck traffic for pickup and delivery to our facility. It is at the front entrance at the north end of the building.
Replace old driveway with new stamped concrete driveway
Driveway is shaped like a lowercase \'b\' - two car driveway with a \'circle\' around a landscape bed. The rectangular/2-car portion is 18\'x65\' and the round portion is roughly 1,000sqft... total is 2100-2200 sqft. Have existing rough asphalt driveway that would need to be removed.
Drive is 11 years old. Has cracks. Surface was done to look like a stucco finish for some ridiculous reason. It just collects dirt. There is also a low spot in one place that attracts water and my newspapers.
The driveway and sidewalk up to the door is falling apart. Spots have been patched but holes continue to form. When the driveway is blown after lawn care, sand from the driveway is dispersed everywhere as well. My guess is it wasn’t mixed properly to begin with.
