I had a dig out and new install for my old asphalt driveway. The contractor really wanted to do an overlay but I insisted on a full replacement. The did a good job but drove the roller on my lawn, dumped hot asphalt in the street leaving a stain.

Must remove grass & 8\" of dirt, cross DPL electric & VZ fiber optic, install 8 inches of properly compacted crushed granular base aggregate (stone), and pave with 4\" compacted DelDOT hot mix asphalt. Guessing about 10\' x 40\' area. Install a 4\" drain pipe under the driveway from the existing drain spout.
