I was provided with 3 names of contractors for my proposed work of a concrete driveway repair. I was able to procure one acceptable estimate from Top King Construction. The other two contractors I was not able to contact or any scheduled meeting to view the site for an estimate was not kept. I manage several properties that in Lewis Ranch which are in need some major repairs to the driveway/garage aprons. The aprons in front of the garages of 902, 960, 962 Beeler Place are all heated, but the asphalt continues to heave upwards depending on the amount of moisture in the soil, from the snow melt. The issues with 960 and 962 are the worst, and will probably require a valley gutter or better transition and/or some type of drain. 902 Beeler is eroding from under the garage apron (left side), probably from the poor design of the hot tub deck draining right next to the house. We also manage a 4th property, 932 Beeler that has similar issues with the drive way (left side in front of the apron) where I suspect the garage apron will continue to fall and break. Can you please give me a call to discuss possible options for these repairs this summer?
We recently purchased .5 acres of land on a sloped lot. We would like to get an estimate on the price difference between a sloping asphalt driveway, or a reinforced concrete bridge. The bridge would be more ideal for us, costs permitting.
