The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. We have 2 acres that we want to fence and turn into a truck parking yard. We wanted to lay gravel for the surface so that dust doesn\'t fly all over the trucks.
