I was only contacted by Lawson Construction. I found the gentleman personable and knowledgeable. I showed him my problems. He explained how he would fix them in detail. After getting 3 quotes, I just mailed my contract to Lawson. They are supposed to do the job at the end of July.

The right side of the drive way is in poor condition. I do not want it replaced, just a sealing over. The rest of the drive way might have a few minor cracks to fill. It\'s a rental property so I\'m looking to just clean it up, not make it new.

Driveway is a bit sunken where it meets garage floor. Width is about 18 feet wide and asphalt needs to come out gradually from garage floor to about a foot or 1 1/2 feet.
