What Does This Mean?

We responsibly manage our phone, email follow up and customer service • We will only send you email if you give us permission to do so (by requesting an estimate through our system). We will respect your permission. • We will only send you email that is related to your request for an estimate and your request for an estimate ONLY! • We will always abide by anti-spam rules and anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM. • You can unsubscribe whenever you want with a click of your mouse.

What If I Want To Unsubscribe?

At the end of every email you receive from us you will see an unsubscribe link. Click on that link and you will see an unsubscribe page with two columns marked "Subscribed" and "Unsubscribed". Click on the button in the "Unsubscribed" column. We will immediately unsubscribe you! To learn more about our Email Privacy Policy, please visit our Privacy Policy Page! In some cases, we may not have members that service your area. In that event, we will forward your request to our partner network* of pre-screened and background checked asphalt paving contractors immediately so that you can obtain the estimates you need in a timely manner. You'll be provided with up to 4 pre-screened companies to choose from! *Partner companies Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy will apply.

TCPA Consent

Upon submitting your request, you are disclosing certain information about yourself and your service request which is stored in our system, passed on to member companies within our system in order for them to contact you or sent to our partner network in the event we do not have any professionals that match your request. By providing this information to us, or by submitting an estimate request, you are requesting, and you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our member companies via phone, email, postal mail, text (SMS) messaging, at your contact number or address input by you, even if you are listed on any federal, state, provincial or other applicable "Do Not Call" list, in order that we may provide the service offered on our site or for other purposes reasonably related to your service request and our business, including marketing related emails. You also authorize, in the event we do not have any member companies, to send you automated prerecorded calls confirming your service request, along with calls from up to four service professionals that can help you with your request to the land-line or mobile phone number you provided.You also understand that either us, our partner network or our member companies may use automated phone technology to call you and that your consent is not required to purchase products or services. You agree that by completing an estimate request, you are entering into a business relationship with us and/or our member companies and or our partner network and thus agree to be contacted by us, our member companies or our partner network via phone, email or or postal mail.
