American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

Parking lot is very cracked and has a couple of small holes, (less than 12 in.) in top layer. whole lot is one flat area, with two access drives, one to Buffalo Road and one to Westside Dr.
Need striping for 6 vehicles on Buffalo rd and 4 vehicles on westside dr. And 4 vehicles near building on south side near Buffaslo rd ,and one handicap pn north side building near westside drive .
