do you fill cracks in asphalt parking lots - commerical?
Parking lot services a two story 5000 sq. foot office bldg. in Empire Park. The lot is on both levels connected with a short driveway. Patching, stripes, seal coating, etc. Careful attention to slope of lower lot drainage necessary.
Erosion in the seams of the driveway..
City is requiring us to make repairs to end of driveway claiming the cracks allow water to seep through to potentially damage the street. Would like 3 estimates: #1 - for the end of the driveway that the city painted indicating area needing repair. #2 - for ours & the neighbors driveway that is connected to ours, also painted. #3 -for our whole original driveway, including the end. (We have a newer camper pad attached to the driveway that is not in need of repair)
I have a small piece of my driveway that has sunken in and cracked and need it replaced. It is a triangle shaped piece that is approx. 8.5ft x 8.5ft x 2.5ft
