Remove old existing driveway, new grading, new asphalt install. Remove part of small berm.
Pot holes at the bottom where rain collects, the typical (2) tire ruts going up the driveway, driveway is about 140\' feet long (100 slightly wider than a car width and 40\' about 2.5 car width\'s, I\'ve patched deep ruts where vehicles park in front of two car garage. Need to order some gravel for a base.

Driveway in good condition. Cracks have been recently filled with Airport Grade Premium crack filler. And are flush to driveway surface. Dimensions are 53ft x 20ft. Rectangular, no curves. Minimal to no surface preparation needed.
