American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.
Repave and expand driveway
5300 square foot driveway: remove existing asphalt, regrade existing base and remove any rocks, grass or unsuitable base material from surface, install needed fill materiel, grade in 4 \" of base material as needed and comact, apply tack coat where driveway is to attach to stone or other surfaces such as garage concrete apron, fix sub-base as required, near exit to street raise pitch on driveway from flat to sloped, install 3\" of asphalt and compact with 8 ton roller
14 years old with cracking and sunken spots
Approx 1200 sq ft driveway. some sections okay.. but some sections has Hundreds of cracks. Kindly contact.
Driveway over 30 .......in disrepair but no potholes ......bottom near garage doors in concrete .....the rest is asphalt I\'m guessing 4 car lengths as far as length is concerned. Please call after 6 PM
Our current asphalt driveway is 10 years old. I have had it sealed every 2-3 years but there are still many cracks, some crumbling and uneven areas causing puddles. I\'m not sure if I should repair it or rip it out completely. I do know that the existing asphalt driveway was not made well.
