American Curb Appeal was selected to perform asphalt patching and seal coating of this home's driveway and parking area. The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.
City is requiring a temporary striping of the handicap space. The city is going redo the corner and re-save and stripe the whole parking area in November so striping is temporary. It is on the PCH with Vacancy Coffee as a tenant.
