I had a dig out and new install for my old asphalt driveway. The contractor really wanted to do an overlay but I insisted on a full replacement. The did a good job but drove the roller on my lawn, dumped hot asphalt in the street leaving a stain.

I did contact a local company for an estimate but they have not returned my phone call. I was also searching for landscaping services on the web and found a company that does landscaping and concrete, so I called, he came to the house, I now have the estimate and I will be going with a concrete driveway instead of asphalt. The job was completed nicely on September 14th by Everline Coatings. They came for an estimate the same day I called them. The estimate was acceptable, and the job was done a few days later. I'm attaching a photo
Widen driveway one car width (north side) to house and seal coat existing.
In summer of 2019 we will be repaving either half or all of parking lot. We are interested in quotes for striping (two quotes, half or full). Total capacity is currently about 100 spaces. Address is 5454 Miler Trunk Highway, Hermantown MN. IF we do half, it would be the front circle and the east side of the building. I have it delineated on a pdf if I could forward?
Perimeter will be flagged to facilitate area calculations after Tuesday, 7/22. Need 3\" high-quality asphalt pavement. Class 5 base already exists over 95% of the area; need the remaining 5 % itemized. Also need city water shut-off valve cut-down and made flush or slightly below grade of final asphalt grade (also itemized). Selected contractor to meet on-site with Owner prior to finalizing agreement. Contractor to provide references in general area.
The current drive is 10x80, of which, 1/2 is a total loss. I would like to add an additional 10x35 to match up with the service ramp to the house. I\'m looking to do this as a charitable act to the friend that lives in the house and cannot afford to repair / replace the drive way.
