Driveway has been neglected for over 10 years - has cracks and low spots. Driveway is about 30 feet long and has about a five foot drop from the three-car garage to the street. I\'d like to have the low spots filled in, the rest scraped (milled?), and a topcoat of asphalt put on over everything to make it nice and even.
