Hi, We have a +/- 2600SF driveway bordered by mature oak trees along one side. The driveway is asphalt with concrete curbing. The curbing along the tree-lined side is cracked and has heaved in a couple places. We would like to remove the curbing along the tree line and cut away a foot of the drive so it is not resting so heavily on tree roots. Along the other side, we would like to remove curbing, widen the drive by two feet and replace curbing. We realize this is a more labor-intensive job than a simple resurfacing but we are concerned about the impact on our trees excavating to replace the driveway would have and would like to resurface instead - with revisions.
