I was only contacted by Lawson Construction. I found the gentleman personable and knowledgeable. I showed him my problems. He explained how he would fix them in detail. After getting 3 quotes, I just mailed my contract to Lawson. They are supposed to do the job at the end of July.

Replace old concrete driveway with asphalt. Replace concrete stairs from driveway to sidewalk, 4 stairs. Replace small section of cracked concrete sidealk at top of stairs.
Parking lot services a two story 5000 sq. foot office bldg. in Empire Park. The lot is on both levels connected with a short driveway. Patching, stripes, seal coating, etc. Careful attention to slope of lower lot drainage necessary.
Approx 11\' wide by 54\" long overlay of existing rough but stable concrete driveway. Would like to complete in next 2 weeks if possible

I am developing a vacant lot along 72nd St. and the only street access is off of Glenvale St. Glenvale is crumbling asphalt and gravel with no curb. City of Omaha said I can repave the street along my lot (about 150\') although I\'m pretty sure it will need some grinding out before any overlay can be applied. I\'d like to get a ballpark estimate on how much this project would cost and if I could get by with just redoing the asphalt without adding curbs. Thanks
