The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

neighbor has about 10 tall pine trees running the length of my driveway on her side of fence. the roots from these trees have busted up my driveway plus their is a strong risk of their getting into my water and sewer lines. Need new driveway plus trees will most likely have to be removed. I am in contact with attorney to see how to handle this with neighbor (possibly small claims court). He says to go ahead at this point and get my estimates. THIS IS A MESS - PLEASE HELP!
