I have a long, sloping driveway (about 15% grade? not sure) with asphalt at bottom & top and gravel in the middle for about 140 feet. Gravel portion needs some regrading and new gravel.

Hello, we have a new property we bought. Its due to commence with construction for a new facility in 3-years. I the meantime, we wanted to improve this parking area with better gravel and maybe grade it to slope a bit (currently no drainage). Its maybe 100 feet by 75 feet. Looking for gravel that compacts better and preparing for winter. Might need some striping as well. We\'re a school and the last week of July to middle of August there will be no one here. Thanks!

Hi- I need to resurface a residential driveway in Oakland. It is a mostly level 14 x 40 foot (560 sq. ft) driveway which is currently dirt and what-is-left of a previously graveled surface. I am looking for an estimate for the most cost-effective grading (just to take the old gravel/dirt layer off) and the associated labor and material cost to re-gravel the driveway. Hello, I’m looking to install gravel all over my yard on a 2,400 sq ft lot with a 821sq ft house and a 267sq ft ADU, and I am also looking to redo the concrete driveway ans a couple concrète pads. I would need gravel to be delivered, grounds to be prepped and gravel spread (I have some questions about a slight slope, want to make sure water won’t stagnate but the house). Is this something you can help with in Oakland?
