The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

Driveway has multiple cracks that have been filled and seal coated several times over past 6 years by previous owner. I bought the townhouse almost 2 years ago, with no driveway work done during that time. I would like professional opinion and estimate for what should be done to improve the driveway\'s appearance and life: repair of cracks with Seal coating or adding a layer of asphalt. Or waiting another year because it doesn\'t need work now.
