2 separate parking lots with cracked, broken areas of concrete. One is at edge of parking lot and is not supported and caving in.
The home was purchased brand new in 2017 a little over a month ago. The threshold of the front of the driveway is cracked quite badly. The builder stated that the city of Lake Charles should take care of this problem. Well they did not and the builder also stated that this isn\"t under warranty so it is up to owner (us) to get it fixed. We need someone to come out and take a look at the problem and give us a estimate on how much it will be to repair and fix this problem correctly.
